  Using the remover of avg, download these 3 files

     Rmsality.exe

     http://www.grisoft.cz/filedir/util/avg_rem_sup.dir/rmsality/rmsality.exe

     Rmsality.nt

     http://www.grisoft.cz/filedir/util/avg_rem_sup.dir/rmsality/rmsality.nt

     rmsality.dos

     http://www.grisoft.cz/filedir/util/avg_rem_sup.dir/rmsality/rmsality.dos

     then run these three files and then restat
     Using the remover of kaaspersky

     Download here, sality remover http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/solutions?qid=208279889
     If both ways does not work, unplug the hdd and then make the slave in another computer that installed KAV or NOD32 with latest updates, then scan. Do not forget to turn off system restore
